Huawei MateStation X
This is the first AIO PC product of Huawei. We’re thinking how can we made the differ ence from the others . And how can we create the good experience for the user. It’s not only the appearance design, but also the first impression to the brand. Offering the exclu sive high quality design, with neat and tidy, have a thin and simplicity style for all kinds if the environment and scenario.
There are 3 things we would like to define for the user scenarios.
* Aesthetic AIO. Fit all kinds of Environment
it must be simple enough, we like to hide the main PC box into the stand design. Just like it never come with it. User will simply have a nice display with a beautiful metal extruded stand. This could also expend the commercial purposes. We’re thinking how can we provide the beautiful design for not only the average people, but also for every kind of counter desk like government administration counter, hotels front desk,…,etc. So it must be simple and elegant with best quality detail design.
* The Most Hidden of Cables
this is the most of all, power cable should be come out from the lower side of the stand part instead of the back of the display.
* Reasonable user-exp arrangement
we have the great data exchange application on the phone. User may just one tag on Notebook and get link. The question is where would be the best location for the tag on the AIO ? This location must be easy to reach on the desk for better usage. And also for all the I/O ports location arrangement
After the decision was made, I assumed responsibility for design delivery and fine-tuning throughout all stages, culmi nating in the final product. This involved refining details such as the stand, which includes a concealed PC box, designing the ventilation system, determining wire style, and even oversee ing packaging design. We held numerous meetings, continu ously discussing and refining our approach. Balancing consid erations such as manufacturing constraints, aesthetic appeal, quality standards, cost factors, and feasibility, we endeavored to create the optimal product for the global market
